Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process Quotations, Sales Orders, Proforma Invoices, and Tax Invoices in ERPNext.
Record and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in ERPNext, including Journal Entries, Payment Entries, and other relevant accounting entries.
Perform Bank Reconciliation and ensure accounting records are accurately matched with bank statements.
VAT File preparation, filing, and related compliance requirements.
Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
Process monthly payroll and ensure timely completion of applicable statutory and compliance requirements.
Manage petty cash, including recording transactions, maintaining supporting documents, and monitoring balances.
Coordinate with internal teams for accounting-related requirements, clarifications, approvals, and documentation.
Handle internal communication and follow-ups to ensure accounting activities are completed within deadlines.




Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents for audit and compliance purposes.
Perform other accounting and administrative activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in accounts and finance operations.
Hands-on experience with ERPNext or similar accounting/ERP software.
Valuable understanding of invoicing, bank reconciliation, accounts receivable, VAT, payroll, and general accounting.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
