Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Nursing Superintendent to lead and supervise nursing operations across the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise nursing staff and department activities.
Ensure quality patient care and nursing standards.
Prepare duty rosters and manage staff allocation.
Monitor nursing documentation and hospital protocols.
Coordinate with doctors and other departments.
Ensure infection control, patient safety and discipline.
Requirements:
GNM / B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
Valid nursing registration.
Relevant supervisory/management experience preferred.
Solid leadership and communication skills.
