About the Role

We are looking for a skilled, qualified, and well-groomed Spa Therapist who is passionate about wellness, relaxation, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate should have good hands-on skills, a positive attitude, and a solid understanding of professional spa practices.

Key Responsibilities
Perform qualified spa and body treatments as per the spa’s service standards.
Provide therapies such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Balinese, Aroma, Head & Foot Massage and other treatments based on training and expertise.
Understand guest requirements and recommend suitable treatments.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation.
Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, oils, towels, and other required products before and after services.
Ensure guests feel comfortable, relaxed, and well cared for throughout the treatment.
Maintain professional communication and confidentiality with guests.
Follow all spa policies, safety procedures, and service protocols.
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized,



and welcoming spa workplace.
Contribute towards customer satisfaction, repeat visits, and overall spa business growth.

Candidate Requirements
Certified/Trained Spa Therapist preferred.
Previous experience in a spa, wellness centre, hotel, or salon is an advantage.
Strong massage and therapy techniques.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed, punctual, disciplined, and professional.
Customer-focused with a pleasant and positive personality.
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
