Staff Management
Supervise, guide and motivate outlet staff.
Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming and discipline.
Prepare and manage staff shifts and weekly offs.
Identify staffing shortages and report them to the Operations Manager.
Train staff on outlet procedures and customer service standards.
Sales & Customer Service
Monitor daily outlet sales and work towards achieving assigned targets.
Ensure valuable customer service and quick order processing.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Monitor customer feedback and Google reviews.
Take corrective action to improve customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
