We’re seeking a Sr. Tender Executive for the Kolkata region with 4–6 years of Govt. Bidding/Tendering experience. Candidates with experience in the IT/ITES industry & GeM portal bidding would be an added advantage.

Essential Job Functions
Tender documents preparation.
Researching and identifying government procurement opportunities.
Review tender documents to understand project requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria.
Coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary information for tender submission.
Drafting and preparing tender documents, including technical proposals, financial bids, and any other required documentation.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, procurement, or a related field. An advanced degree or qualified certification (e.g., CIPS) is a plus.
Proven experience in tendering and procurement, preferably in a government or public sector setting.
Excellent understanding of government procurement regulations, policies, and procedures.
Solid analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to review and interpret complex tender documents.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
Pay: ₹15,013.05 - ₹32,639.51 per month
