We are looking for an experienced Corporate Lawyer with a robust background in the media, entertainment, film, OTT, or production house industry.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling legal and corporate matters related to production houses, content creation, entertainment contracts, intellectual property, licensing, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate:
Artist agreements
Production agreements
Licensing and distribution contracts
Vendor and service agreements
Handle corporate legal compliance and documentation
Advise on intellectual property and copyright matters
Coordinate with internal teams and external counsels
Ensure legal protection for productions and business operations
Requirements
LLB / LLM degree
3+ years of relevant experience
Prior experience with a production house, media company, film studio, or OTT platform is mandatory
Robust knowledge of entertainment and corporate law
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
Preferred
Experience in film, television, digital media, or advertising industry
Immediate joiners preferred
Salary
As per industry standards / based on experience
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
