About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Logistics Manager to manage fleet operations, vendor coordination, store management, documentation, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have solid communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage fleet maintenance, servicing, repairs, insurance, permits, and documentation.

Coordinate and maintain good relationships with vendors, service centres, and suppliers.

Manage store operations, inventory, and stock records.

Maintain confidential staff and company documents.

Monitor operational expenses and maintain proper records.

Prepare and submit monthly reports to management.

Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.

Support management in business development and future expansion plans.

Coordinate with drivers, staff, vendors, and management for smooth operations.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

1 or more years of relevant experience preferred.

Experience in logistics, fleet, transport, or operations will be an advantage.

Solid organisational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and take responsibility.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
