Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Accounts & Finance team at Nellika Parambu, Mukkam. The candidate should have practical experience in Tally/Tally Prime, bank entries, payment entries, voucher entries, and day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Record bank transactions and bank entries accurately.
Prepare and record payment, receipt, journal and contra vouchers.
Handle purchase and sales entries.
Maintain ledgers and accounting records.
Perform bank reconciliation and identify discrepancies.
Verify invoices, bills and supporting documents.
Maintain cash and bank records.
Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities.
Ensure timely and accurate posting of accounting transactions in Tally.
Prepare basic accounting reports and MIS as required.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.




Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.
Assist the senior accounts team with other accounting activities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (any field)
1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Proficiency in Tally / Tally Prime is mandatory.
Valuable knowledge of:
Bank entries
Payment entries
Receipt entries
Voucher entries
Purchase & sales entries
Ledger maintenance
Bank reconciliation
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Knowledge of GST, TDS and other statutory accounting procedures will be an advantage.
Positive numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who have hands-on experience in Tally and practical day-to-day accounting operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
