ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY
Conduct training sessions as per the syllabus and industry standards.
Ensure students develop the required skills for job-oriented roles.
Manage student attendance, exams, evaluations, and quality assurance.
Actively participate in student engagement and academic activities.
Adhere to all policies, rules, and regulations of Edwin Academy.
Coordinate day-to-day academic activities at the branch.
Handle a minimum of three batches daily.

REQUIREMENTS
Strong knowledge of Human Resources, including recruitment, training, and employee development
5 year + Experience in Human Resource Filed.
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
Ability to stay updated with industry trends and incorporate current learning techniques
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple task

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
