Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation: Wash, peel, chop, and cut vegetables, meat, and fish (mise en place), and cook dishes according to standard recipes.
Station Management: Monitor stock movement, report maintenance issues, and keep work areas clean.
Safety & Hygiene: Follow strict health codes, check equipment temperatures, and date/label stored food.
Team Support: Assist senior kitchen staff like the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef during peak service hours.
Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
