Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
Understand customers' needs and preferences to guide them in their fashion choices.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about current fashion trends, styles, and product offerings.
Provide detailed information about product features, materials, and care instructions.
Make personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Actively engage in upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales prospects.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Visual Merchandising:
Assist in maintaining a visually appealing and organized sales floor.
Ensure that merchandise is appropriately displayed and effectively promotes the latest trends.
Stock Management:




Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves.
Report product feedback and customer preferences to management.
Customer Service:
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally and promptly.
Handle customer feedback positively and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve overall store goals.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Promotions and Events:
Promote and participate in sales events, promotions, and product launches.
Contribute ideas for sales initiatives to drive store traffic.
