Job Description: GSA Trainer (Guest Service Associate)

Organization: Ambuja Foundation Reporting to: SEDI In-Charge Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for students in the Front Office domain under skill development or vocational training programs.

· Train candidates on topics such as:

o Front Office procedures and operations

o Guest relations and communication skills

o Reservation handling and system usage

o Grooming standards and skilled etiquette

o Customer satisfaction and service quality

· Develop training materials, lesson plans, and evaluation tools.

· Assess learners’ performance and provide constructive feedback.





· Ensure adherence to industry standards and institute training guidelines.

Qualification:

· Degree/Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management or a related discipline.

· Certification in Training & Development (preferred).

Experience:

· Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry, preferably in Front Office Operations, Guest Relations, or Reservation Department.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
