Position: Talent Acquisition Lead
Employment: Full time | In office
Experience: 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
Location: Kinfra Technopark, Kakkanchery, Calicut
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Headhunt and identify prominent candidates for key requirements
Manage recruitment timelines and achieve hiring targets
Lead and coordinate the recruitment team
Ensure adherence to defined SOPs and recruitment processes
Support team learning, development and performance
Contribute to team building and the growth of the organization
