Leave Management: Maintaining accurate leave records, approvals, and policy alignment.
Shift & Roster Planning: Ensuring workforce availability as per production and operational needs.
Overtime & Working Hours Compliance: Monitoring statutory norms, weekly offs, and holiday rules.
Payroll Coordination: Providing accurate attendance data for timely and error-free salary processing.
Disciplinary & Compliance Records: Supporting audits, maintaining time-related documents, and ensuring HR policy compliance.
Ensuring timely support related to attendance, leaves, and shift issues.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
