We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced School Principal to lead and manage the institution. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of IB, IGCSE, and/or CBSE curricula, with a proven track record in academic and administrative leadership.

Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership for the school’s academic and administrative functions.

Ensure effective implementation of IB, IGCSE, and/or CBSE curriculum and academic standards.

Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff.

Monitor academic performance and drive continuous improvement.

Maintain a positive, inclusive, and student-focused learning setting.

Manage parent, student, staff, and stakeholder relationships.

Oversee school operations, discipline, policies, and compliance.

Plan and support teacher training and career development.

Manage school events, meetings, and external engagements.





Prepare and monitor academic and operational plans and reports.

Qualifications & Experience Master’s degree in Education or a relevant field; B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred.

5–8+ years of experience in school leadership or academic administration.

Experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, Head of School, or Senior Academic Leader.

Robust knowledge of IB, IGCSE, and/or CBSE curriculum.

Excellent leadership, decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
