ASQUARE Academy is looking for a dynamic, confident and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide students and parents regarding academic programmes and convert genuine enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in, phone and online enquiries from students and parents.
Explain courses, batches, fees and admission procedures clearly.
Understand students' academic goals and recommend suitable programmes.
Counsel students and parents regarding NEET, JEE, MHT-CET, Board and Foundation courses.
Follow up regularly with leads and prospective students.
Convert enquiries into successful admissions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.
Coordinate with the academic team for smooth student onboarding.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and persuasive approach.
Basic understanding of NEET, JEE,
MHT-CET and Board courses.
Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated.
Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Freshers with positive communication skills can apply.
Previous experience in education counselling, admissions or sales will be an advantage.
