Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom workplace.
Use activity-based and experiential learning methods to make concepts practical and engaging.
Encourage curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving.
Integrate age-appropriate technology, projects, activities, stories, games, and real-life examples into teaching.
Assess student learning through classwork, projects, activities, worksheets, and periodic assessments.
Track individual student progress and provide appropriate academic support.
Identify learning gaps and provide differentiated support to students.
Maintain effective classroom management and discipline with a positive approach.
Encourage students to develop robust values, empathy, responsibility,



confidence, and respect for others.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development.
Collaborate with fellow teachers, coordinators, and school leadership.
Participate in school events, celebrations, assemblies, field trips, workshops, and co-curricular activities.
Maintain required academic records, lesson plans, assessments, and student documentation.
Contribute to the development of creative teaching resources and classroom activities.
Promote the integration of Indian values and cultural awareness within everyday learning.
