About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Design Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in mechanical product design and hands-on expertise in CATIA V5. The ideal candidate should have robust capabilities in concept designing, 3D modeling, and design development, along with a good understanding of engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities
Develop 3D concepts and detailed designs using CATIA V5.
Translate design requirements and concepts into accurate 3D models.
Create and modify part models, assemblies, and 2D drawings.
Work on concept development and design iterations based on project requirements.
Perform design changes, modifications, and optimization as required.
Ensure designs meet applicable engineering standards, specifications, and quality requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, engineering, and project teams.
Review designs for feasibility, manufacturability, and functionality.
Maintain design documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.

Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in CATIA V5.




Positive command of concept design and product development.
Proficiency in 3D modeling, assembly design, and drafting.
Positive understanding of mechanical design concepts and engineering fundamentals.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of GD&T; will be an added advantage.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Eligibility
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
2–5 years of relevant experience in mechanical/product design.
Candidates with a strong background in concept designing using CATIA V5 are preferred.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are strongly preferred.
