Manage and lead the field marketing and sales team.

Generate current business opportunities from industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.

Meet contractors, consultants, builders, industries, and project owners.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Guide the team in lead generation, customer meetings, and order closure.

Conduct market surveys and identify new business prospects.

Build and maintain solid customer relationships.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, site visits, and project execution.

Ensure customer satisfaction and timely follow-up.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
