Business Development Manager – EV Charging Infrastructure

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Experience: 3–5 Years | Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000/month + Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with hands-on EV/EV Charging Infrastructure experience to develop and execute EV Hub projects across Hyderabad and Telangana.

Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end EV Hub projects from lead generation, site identification and feasibility to implementation and commissioning.
Develop partnerships with landowners, hotels, restaurants, commercial properties, fleet operators and businesses.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, ROI models and commercial plans.
Coordinate with technical teams, EPC contractors, charger vendors and other project stakeholders.
Develop local sales and marketing strategies to increase EV Hub adoption and revenue.
Manage customer relationships, negotiations and project pipelines.

Requirements
3–5 years experience in EV, EV Charging, Renewable Energy, Automotive or Infrastructure.
Solid understanding of AC/DC chargers and EV charging business models.




Proven B2B Business Development/Sales experience.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Experience managing projects from concept to implementation.
Robust local market knowledge and willingness to travel for site visits.

Preferred: Experience with CPOs, EV charging companies, EPC, CPMS/software or electrical infrastructure.
