Key Responsibilities:
Product Selection & Merchandising:

Curate a product assortment that aligns with the company’s strategic objectives, customer needs, and market trends.
Vendor Relationships:

Build and maintain robust relationships with vendors, negotiate terms, and manage product procurement to ensure a steady supply of merchandise.
Sales Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market data to identify trends and prospects. Use this data to adjust product offerings and drive sales growth.
Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and optimize product replenishment to meet demand while minimizing excess stock.
Pricing & Promotions:





Set and manage pricing strategies to ensure competitive positioning while achieving profit margins. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions and sales events.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with buying, planning, marketing, and e-commerce teams to ensure a cohesive product strategy across all channels.
Market Research:

Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to anticipate demand and stay ahead in the market.
