Position Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Trainee
Experience: 0 – 6 Months (Freshers or candidates with internship experience are welcome)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and detail-oriented Entry-Level HR Recruiter to join our agile talent acquisition team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting their career in Human Resources to learn end-to-end recruitment, source top talent, and build meaningful professional networks. You will work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to support our rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing: Source active and passive candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), skilled networks, and social media channels.
Resume Screening: Review resumes and job applications to filter candidates against baseline requirements and position criteria.
Initial Assessments:



Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates' basic qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless calendar flow and outstanding candidate experience.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and update candidate data accurately in the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or internal database.
Candidate Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing status updates and answering queries to maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
