Overview

As an Anaplan (Polaris) Developer, you will support client's Finance planning and forecasting solution. The role involves developing, testing, optimizing, and integrating Anaplan models to support financial and operational planning across global business units.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and maintain Anaplan (Polaris) models supporting financial and operational planning processes across Group and Business Unit levels.
Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
Implement integrations between Anaplan and enterprise systems such as Databricks using APIs and appropriate middleware.
Perform rigorous testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of Anaplan solutions.
Document solution designs, model logic, and integration processes clearly and comprehensively.
Provide user training and support as required.
Use JIRA and SNOW to manage development activities, track work, and enable smooth releases.




Contribute to continuous service improvement with an “AI First” and innovation mindset.
Ensure solutions comply with quality, security, and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications
5–8 years of overall experience.
4–8 years of hands-on experience developing and modelling with Anaplan; Anaplan Polaris experience preferred.
Official Anaplan certification.
Robust experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) processes.
Proven experience integrating SaaS platforms with enterprise applications/platforms such as Databricks via ADO and other integration methods.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Experience performing impact analysis and supporting operational activities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with fluency in English.
Ability to document technical processes and effectively support end users.
Experience with CI/CD.

Experience with AWS Cloud.
Databricks.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling.
JIRA.
Python.
Data Science.
Experience with emerging technologies and an ability to apply them to improve solutions.
