Job Description
7+ years of experience in CAD data migration, including planning, extraction, transformation, validation, and loading of complex CAD datasets.
Hands‑on experience migrating SolidWorks CAD data into Windchill using WBM or other migration tools, with an understanding of CAD structure mapping, metadata transformation, and dependency handling.
Robust familiarity with SolidWorks, including file structures, configurations, assemblies, references, and typical data management workflows.
Positive understanding of Windchill and CAD data management, including import rules, naming conventions, versioning, relationships, and how CAD data interacts with Windchill PLM objects.
Knowledge of eCAD data management, including understanding of eCAD formats, library management, dependencies, and considerations when migrating into PLM environments.
