We are seeking a detail-driven, regulation-first Office Executive to anchor our Compliance and Company

Secretarial function. This is a mission-critical role within a SEBI-registered financial services group building

one of India's most technology-driven investment ecosystems — spanning Equity, Derivatives, and

Commodities advisory today, with Forex, Crypto, and Digital Gold/Silver advisory, and later Broking, PMS,

and AMC, planned for subsequent phases of our roadmap.

You will be the custodian of regulatory integrity across the organisation: maintaining SEBI-mandated records,

driving audit readiness, executing ROC/MCA filings, and safeguarding the documentation backbone on which

investor trust, regulatory standing, and long-term enterprise valuation are built. The ideal candidate has

already operated inside a SEBI-regulated entity, understands why compliance is non-negotiable in financial

services, and takes ownership of documentation with the discipline of an institutional operator.
