Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Retail Supervisor to support store operations, supervise sales staff, monitor sales performance, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the store.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support the store sales team in daily operations.
Monitor daily sales and support the team in achieving sales targets.
Allocate duties and manage staff shift schedules.
Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.
Guide and motivate sales staff to improve their performance.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries.
Support the Store Manager in resolving customer complaints.
Monitor product availability, stock movement, and inventory accuracy.
Ensure proper product display and store merchandising.
Monitor billing and cash-handling activities as per company procedures.
Assist with stock receiving, stock counting, and stock transfers.
Maintain store cleanliness,



safety, and overall presentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
Prepare daily sales and operational reports as required.
Support the Store Manager in training current employees.
Coordinate with the Store Manager, Warehouse, HR, and Head Office when required.
Perform other retail operational duties assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail or a similar supervisory role.
Experience as a Retail Supervisor / Senior Sales Executive / Team Leader is preferred.
Valuable communication and team-handling skills.
Strong customer-service and sales skills.
Ability to motivate and guide team members.
Basic knowledge of POS, billing, inventory systems, and MS Office.
Target-oriented and willing to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
