Receive and inspect incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
Store materials properly according to hotel standards and safety requirements.
Issue items to departments based on approved requisitions.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory documentation.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Monitor stock levels and inform the purchasing department about replenishment needs.
Check expiry dates, batch numbers, quality, and storage conditions.
Follow FIFO/FEFO principles where applicable.
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure storeroom.
Coordinate with purchasing, kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Follow hotel policies,



hygiene standards, and health and safety procedures.
Knowledge of IDS (Inventory/Hotel Management Software) is mandatory.
Computer proficiency, including MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining stock records.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
