Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Legal Consultant to independently manage legal matters related to real estate, logistics and warehousing operations, transactions, and corporate requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Handle legal matters related to real estate, logistics and warehousing.
Manage legal due diligence for land, acquisitions, and real estate transactions.
Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize commercial and transactional agreements.
Handle leasing, joint ventures, investments, and other real estate transactions.
Advise on applicable real estate laws, FDI/FEMA regulations, and RBI regulations.
Coordinate with external law firms, consultants, and internal business stakeholders.
Provide legal support to business heads and independently manage assigned matters.
Support legal requirements associated with listed company and IPO-related processes.

Candidate Requirements




LL.B. / LL.M. from a recognized university.
15–17 years of relevant post-qualification legal experience.
Prior experience with an IPO process and/or listed company is required.
Relevant experience in real estate, logistics, or warehousing legal matters.
Solid experience in land due diligence, acquisitions, and real estate transactions.
Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and transactional legal experience.
Knowledge of real estate laws, FDI/FEMA, and RBI regulations.
Experience in leasing, joint ventures, and investment transactions.
Ability to independently handle legal matters and work with law firms and business stakeholders.
Company Secretary (CS) qualification will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
