We are looking for a Senior Architect who can lead our architecture team, manage clients, and take ownership of residential projects from design to execution.
The ideal candidate should be a good architect, a strong communicator, and someone who enjoys taking responsibility.
Responsibilities
Lead and guide the architecture team.
Design and develop residential projects.
Review drawings prepared by junior architects.
Ensure drawings are accurate and delivered on time.
Meet clients and understand their requirements.
Present designs and explain drawings clearly to clients.
Manage client feedback, changes, and approvals.
Maintain a valuable relationship with clients throughout the project.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, structural consultants, and other teams.
Visit sites when required and resolve design-related issues.
Ensure the design is practical and can be executed properly at site.
Mentor junior architects and improve the overall quality of the team.
Take ownership of project-related design and client issues until they are resolved.
Requirements
B.Arch degree.
4–8 years of experience.
Strong experience in residential architecture.
Good knowledge of construction and site execution.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Experience dealing directly with clients.
Experience guiding or managing junior architects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
Positive English communication. Kannada is an advantage.
