About ZDF Solutions

ZDF Solutions is a U.S.-based logistics and freight brokerage company specializing in refrigerated imports, exports, intermodal transportation, Full Truckload (FTL), Less-than-Truckload (LTL), and other freight services. We coordinate shipments between ports, warehouses, customers, and carriers throughout the United States.

We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinators to support our U.S. freight and dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and track U.S. import/export container, FTL and LTL shipments.
Monitor shipment ETA, availability, LFD, pickup, delivery and empty-return deadlines.
Coordinate with approved carriers/drivers for dispatch, pickup and delivery.
Track live shipments and proactively address delays, missed deliveries or operational risks.
Verify PODs, rate confirmations, invoices, gate-out/empty-return documents and other required shipment records.
Maintain accurate and timely updates in the operational system/Dispatcher Book.
Coordinate with Customer Service, Appointment/Inbound, Carrier Management and Operations teams as required.
Ensure proper handover and monitoring of scheduled after-hours/weekend shipments.

What We’re Looking For




Valuable spoken and written English communication.
Comfortable with calls, emails, spreadsheets and online systems.
Robust attention to detail, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple shipments and work under operational deadlines.
Willingness to learn U.S. logistics, freight and dispatch processes.
Responsible, organized and comfortable taking ownership of assigned shipments.

Experience:

Freshers and experienced candidates may apply. Prior U.S. logistics/dispatch experience is not mandatory; training will be provided.

Freshers with strong communication, learning ability, accuracy and a responsible attitude are encouraged to apply.

Work Schedule:

Full time, U.S.-aligned shift. Candidates must be comfortable working evening/night hours in India.

Shift timing may vary depending on EST/CST/PST assignment and U.S. Daylight Saving Time.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
