We are a signage and metal fabrication company in Dubai seeking an experienced Screen Printer for our production floor in Qusais. You will run screen-printing jobs end-to-end on industrial and commercial work printing on rigid substrates (stainless steel, acrylic, metal, glass) as well as fabric.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate manual and semi-automatic screen printing presses
Prepare screens (coating, exposure, developing, reclaiming)
Multi-colour registration and spot-colour printing
Mix inks (plastisol, water-based, UV-cure) to specification
Maintain consistent quality (colour match, registration, opacity)
Clean and maintain equipment, screens, and squeegees
Meet daily production targets and deadlines
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years commercial screen printing experience
Strong multi-colour registration skill
Experience on rigid substrates (steel, acrylic, metal, glass) not only t-shirts
Screen making from start to finish
Ability to read job specifications and work to tight tolerances
