Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the complete HR function
Drive manpower planning and workforce strategy
Develop and implement effective HR policies and processes
Lead recruitment and talent acquisition across multiple locations
Manage employee engagement, retention and performance management
Work closely with senior leadership on people-related initiatives
Lead, mentor and develop the HR team
Ensure smooth HR operations across multiple cities.

Key Criteria
Master’s Degree / Postgraduate qualification in HR or a related field
Solid experience in manpower planning
Solid knowledge of HR policies, processes and compliance
Excellent leadership and people-management skills
Experience in handling HR operations across multiple cities/locations
Robust communication, decision-making and interpersonal skills
Ability to independently manage and lead the HR function

Industry Preference
Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Automobile or Banking sector
preferred.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
