Renlei Labs collects real-world data that helps train AI and robots to understand how people work. We work directly with businesses and workers across manufacturing, commercial kitchens, workshops, and other workplaces.

We’re backed by leading investors with roots in companies like Groupon and DoorDash. We’re building from Mangaluru for a global market, expanding across India and launching operations internationally.

You’ll join a young, ambitious team, work directly with the founders, and take ownership of operations on the ground. We’re looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, organising work, and making things happen. You’ll manage camera deployments, build relationships with local businesses, and help shape how we operate as we grow.

What you’ll do

Help build the next frontier of AI: robots that can learn from how people work in the real world. We work directly with leading AI labs and robotics companies, and you’ll own the on-ground operations that make this possible.




Take charge of camera deployments: Get equipment ready, set up cameras at worksites, and guide workers through recording.
Keep operations moving: Plan daily deployment schedules and coordinate people, equipment, and locations.
Lead on the ground: Supervise recordings, troubleshoot problems, and make sure every deployment produces practical data.
Grow our business network: Visit local businesses door to door, pitch the prospect, and bring current workplaces on board.
Get data ready for delivery: Organise recordings, upload them to our cloud, and verify that every session is complete.
Build strong local relationships: Work directly with business owners and workers to keep collections running smoothly and open up new opportunities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
