About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is interested in sales,

communication, and business growth.

The main responsibility will be to contact potential leads, understand their

requirements, explain our services, and convert interested leads into

customers/orders.

This is a performance-based internship, where interns can earn incentives for

successfully converted orders.

Key Responsibilities
Call and communicate with potential customers/leads.
Understand the customer's business and requirements.
Explain DREAM PICS services clearly.
Follow up with interested leads through phone/WhatsApp.
Maintain lead and follow-up details.
Build relationships with potential customers.
Coordinate with the technical/team members when required.
Follow up regularly until the lead is converted or closed.




Help generate recent business opportunities.
Achieve assigned lead-contact and conversion targets.
Visit clients when required for demo meetings, understand their requirements, and explain DREAM PICS services and solutions in person.

Pay: ₹180.00 - ₹400.00 per hour
