We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage paid advertising campaigns, clients, and the performance marketing team in a digital marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, CPL, and ROAS.
Manage multiple client accounts and maintain robust client relationships.
Understand client requirements and develop performance marketing strategies.
Manage and guide team members to ensure timely delivery and campaign performance.
Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with clients.
Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in Google & Meta advertising.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing .
Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Positive analytical, communication, and client-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and a team.
Agency experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
