looking for a motivated Trainee Sales Engineer to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be trained in technical sales, industrial packaging solutions, customer relationship management, and business development for paper bag manufacturing. This role is ideal for fresh engineering graduates who are interested in combining technical knowledge with sales and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Learn the technical specifications and manufacturing process of industrial paper bags.
Promote and sell paper bag packaging solutions to industrial customers.
Visit customers to understand their packaging requirements and recommend suitable products.
Generate current business leads through customer visits, cold calling, email marketing, and B2B platforms.
Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers.
Coordinate with production, quality, planning,
and dispatch departments for order execution.
Assist customers during product trials and provide technical support.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business.
Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and current business opportunities.
Prepare daily sales reports, visit reports, and monthly business development reports.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings.
Support domestic and export sales activities.
