Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests professionally.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen/bar.
Serve food and beverages efficiently and according to service standards.
Explain menu items, ingredients, and recommendations when required.
Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup throughout the shift.
Check on guests regularly and respond promptly to their requests.
Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and captain to ensure smooth service.
Assist with billing and ensure order accuracy.
Promote and upsell food, cocktails, and beverages when appropriate.
Follow restaurant hygiene, grooming, and safety standards.
Support the team during busy shifts and maintain a positive service workplace.

Requirements




Previous experience as a Restaurant Server/Steward is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and customer-focused approach.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant/bar workplace.
Good grooming and professional presentation.
Willingness to work adaptable shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Fresher candidates with the right attitude may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
