Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled, creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer with a minimum of 2 years of qualified industry experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, trend awareness, and is ready to take responsibility and translate concepts into commercially viable collections aligned with the brand’s identity.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of qualified experience as a Fashion Designer
Degree or diploma in Fashion Design
Solid knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and fit
Highest expertise in taking precise body measurements for a perfect fit
Ability to communicate with customers, manage expectations and to convert their ideas and requirements into sketches thus providing expert style consultations
Ability to interpret trends and adapt them to the brand’s aesthetic
Good teamwork skills
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Technical knowledge about stitching




Ability to manage tailors thus ensuring timely and precise execution of the dress

Key Responsibilities
Interact with customers and explain the style and fabrics required
Sketch patterns based on customer requirements
Calculate costings considering fabric costs, labour costs and design complexity
Design and develop seasonal collections from concept to final production
Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and market demands
Collaborate with pattern makers, merchandisers, and production teams
Prepare and review tech packs and ensure design accuracy during sampling
Participate in fittings and make design adjustments as required
Ensure timelines are met and designs align with cost and quality standards

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
