Research Intern – Real Estate

Job Description:

We are looking for a Research Intern to support our real estate advisory and mandate business with market research, project research, database management, and competitor analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
Research residential and commercial real estate projects across Mumbai.
Collect and verify project details including developer, location, pricing, carpet area, configurations, possession, RERA details, and project status.
Build and maintain accurate property, project, and developer databases.
Conduct market, locality, and competitor research.
Track new launches, upcoming projects, and market developments.
Research developers, brokers, and channel partners.
Use property portals, RERA websites, developer websites, Google, LinkedIn, and other reliable sources.
Maintain and update data using Excel / Google Sheets.
Prepare research reports,



project comparisons, and presentations.
Provide relevant market information to the sales and sourcing teams.
Ensure accuracy and proper verification of collected information.

Requirements:
Fresher or 0–1 year experience.
Graduate/pursuing graduation in BBA, BMS, MBA, Economics, Commerce, Marketing, or related fields.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Strong internet research and data collection skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT is an advantage.
Prior real estate experience is not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
