Job Description

We are looking for a presentable, confident, and enthusiastic candidate to join our team as a Customer & Brand Executive. The role involves lead management, customer communication, data management, and participation in brand videos and social media content.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with customers, have basic computer and Excel knowledge, and be comfortable appearing in videos and reels for our brands. Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in content creation are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and update customer and business leads.
Make and receive calls for lead follow-ups and coordination.
Maintain lead records and follow-up status in Excel.
Perform regular data entry and update customer information.
Prepare and maintain Excel sheets and basic reports.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Follow up with leads and regularly update their status.
Handle customer queries and provide basic information about products.




Participate in short videos, reels, product demonstrations, and brand content.
Be comfortable speaking and presenting in front of the camera.
Maintain a qualified and presentable appearance while representing the brand.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned work.

Requirements
Confident, presentable, and qualified personality.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
Working knowledge of MS Excel.
Good communication and call-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of data entry and record management.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Comfortable appearing in videos and speaking on camera.
Interest in social media, reels, and brand content.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers with good communication and computer skills can apply.
