Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate with contractors and consultants, ensure quality execution of work, and manage construction materials at the project site. The ideal candidate should have robust technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple site activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Supervision
Supervise and monitor all civil construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate daily site activities with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and vendors.
Resolve in office technical issues and ensure timely completion of work.
Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Coordinate with all project stakeholders for smooth execution of work.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
Maintain daily progress reports and update management on project status.




Ensure proper communication between the site team and head office.
Plan and monitor material requirements based on project schedules.
Verify the quality and quantity of materials received at the site.
Maintain records of material consumption, stock, and wastage.
Coordinate with the procurement team for timely material requisition and delivery
Ensure proper storage and handling of construction materials.
Conduct quality inspections and rectify any non-conforming work.
Ensure all work meets applicable building codes and engineering standards.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
