Role: Recruitment Specialist
What You’ll Do:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for both Tech & Non-Tech roles
Able to manage end to end onboarding and offboarding of the employees
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals & other channels
Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Manage candidate follow-ups, offer rollouts & joining
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Ensure timely closure of multiple positions
What We’re Looking For:
2–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience
Experience in both Tech & Non-Tech hiring
Solid sourcing & candidate screening skills
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
Proactive and target-oriented approach
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
