Roles & Responsibilities
Lead fabrication activities for customized automotive interiors and vehicle conversions.
Fabricate structural frames, seat mounting systems, partitions, brackets, storage units and equipment mounting structures.
Work with mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other fabrication materials.
Read and execute fabrication drawings and measurements.
Develop prototype structures directly on vehicles when required.
Ensure proper alignment, strength, fitment and finish.
Supervise welders and fabrication technicians.
Coordinate with designers, FRP technicians, electricians, carpenters and upholstery teams.
Develop practical fabrication solutions without compromising vehicle safety or serviceability.
Maintain quality and control rework during prototype and production stages.

Preferred Experience
Minimum 8–10 years of fabrication experience. Experience in automotive customization, bus building, caravans, ambulances, luxury vans or special-purpose vehicles is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹58,909.33 per month
