An SAP HR/Time Management Functional Consultant configures and supports SAP HCM Time Management modules to track employee working hours, attendance, and absences.
Key Responsibilities
SAP HR / Time Management Functional Consultant (1 Position)
Solid experience in SAP S/4HANA Time Management configuration, including time-entry and workforce time processes.
Hands-on expertise with SAP CATS/CATSDB and labor-time processing for financial and operational cost allocation.
Experience integrating and validating time-related processes across SuccessFactors EC/ECP, Payroll, and SAP S/4HANA.
Ability to prepare functional specifications, process designs, business process mappings, and testing documentation.
Experience supporting SIT, UAT, payroll validation, cutover, and production go-live activities for SAP HR/Time Management solutions.
