We are looking for a Lead - Growth & Marketing who can take ownership of branding, marketing, lead generation and sales follow-ups across our business verticals.
Responsibilities
Branding and market positioning
Digital, offline and social media marketing
Content and campaign coordination
Demand and lead generation
Business outreach and partnerships
Manage leads, CRM and sales pipeline
Regular follow-ups with prospects
Coordinate proposals and support sales closure
Track marketing and sales performance
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Growth or Business Development
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Positive understanding of social media and digital marketing
Comfortable working with CRM and lead management
Result-oriented and willing to take ownership
B2B, financial services or qualified services experience is an advantage
