Job Description – Digital Telecaller

Job Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to automobile sales and services.
Contact leads received through digital platforms, websites, social media, and online campaigns.
Understand customer requirements and provide information about vehicles, offers, finance, exchange, and test drives.
Follow up with potential customers and convert digital leads into showroom visits.
Schedule test drives and sales appointments.
Maintain accurate records of customer calls, leads, follow-ups, and outcomes in CRM/DMS.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for hot and interested leads.
Make regular follow-up calls to pending and inactive leads.
Send relevant vehicle details, quotations, offers, and other information through WhatsApp/email.
Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain professional communication with customers.
Prepare daily/weekly reports of calls, leads, appointments, and conversions.

Required Skills




Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Fluent in Hindi, Gujarati, and English preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Experience with CRM/DMS and digital lead management will be an advantage.
Valuable follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Automobile industry experience preferred.

Qualification
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
Candidates with experience in automobile telecalling, CRM, BPO, or sales will be preferred.

Number of calls and leads contacted.
Lead response time.
Test-drive/appointment generation.
Showroom visit conversion.
Lead follow-up and closure rate.
