Responsibilities

Work with the IT Coordinator and the tech team to liaison on projects and supervise projects

with deadlines, completion and review.

Design and develop scalable backend services & APIs (microservices-based)

Build contemporary, responsive web dashboards for enterprise users

Develop mobile-first features (barcode scanning, document uploads, offline sync, live

tracking)

Implement real-time notifications, event-driven workflows, and integrations with third-party

systems

Ensure data security, reliability, and performance across the platform

Skills We’re Looking For

Backend: Java (Spring Boot), Node.js (NestJS/Express), or Python (Flask/FastAPI/Django)

Frontend: React.js or Angular with UI frameworks (Material UI / TailwindCSS)

Mobile: React Native or Flutter (cross-platform apps)

Databases: PostgreSQL/MySQL (core transactions), MongoDB/Redis (caching &

unstructured data)





Messaging & Events: Kafka / RabbitMQ (event-driven architecture)

Cloud & DevOps: AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

File & Document Management: AWS S3 / GCP Storage (for uploads, proofs, documents)

Integrations: REST/GraphQL APIs, ERP/accounting systems, third-party tools

Bonus Points For

Experience with workflow-heavy enterprise platforms (ERP, logistics, supply chain, finance)

Knowledge of real-time tracking, IoT data, or optimization algorithms

Familiarity with microservices, low-code workflows, and enterprise-grade SaaS apps

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
