We are seeking an energetic, empathetic, and highly qualified Primary Segment Vice Principal to drive academic excellence, holistic development, and administrative efficiency across Grades 1 to 5. As the academic leader of the primary wing, you will be responsible for implementing a progressive, child-centric curriculum aligned with NEP 2020 guidelines (Foundational and Preparatory stages). You will manage daily operations, mentor instructional staff, and foster a nurturing, secure setting for young learners while working in tandem with the School Principal.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Education:
◦Bachelor Degree in a core school subject from a recognized university.
◦ Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.
Experience:
◦ Minimum 3-5years of total teaching experience, with a solid track record in CBSE-affiliated schools.
◦ At least 3–5 years in a leadership role (e.g., Primary Coordinator, Head of Department, or Assistant Vice Principal).
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
