Main responsibilities:
Conduct military-style physical training and drills for cadets/students.
Train students in discipline, parade/drill, fitness and teamwork.
Conduct activities such as obstacle training, self-defence, camp training, map reading and basic field/battle-craft training, depending on the assigned program. MCF's published training material lists these among its training activities.
Develop students' leadership, confidence, communication and discipline.
Supervise training sessions and ensure safety and proper conduct.
Motivate and assess trainees' physical performance and progress.
Assist with camps, outdoor activities, competitions and demonstrations.
Maintain attendance, training records and basic reports.
Represent the academy professionally and follow its training procedures.

Eligibility :
NCC 'C' & 'B' Certificate
Graduation completed – any stream
Both boys and girls can apply
Should be disciplined, honest and physically fit
Leadership, training/instruction and communication skills are expected.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹42,685.58 per month
