We are looking for a Factory / Production Manager to manage our cosmetic manufacturing unit.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily production and product filling.
Operate and supervise filling machines.
Manage raw material, packaging, and finished product stock.
Maintain production and inventory records.
Supervise and manage factory staff/workers.
Ensure proper filling, packing, labeling, hygiene, and quality.
Monitor wastage, production targets, and machine performance.
Handle day-to-day factory operations and report to management.
Requirements:
Experience in cosmetics / skincare / FMCG manufacturing preferred.
Experience operating filling machines.
Valuable knowledge of stock management.
Valuable staff/team management skills.
Hands-on and responsible approach.
